Paediatric and Congenital Cardiac Surgeon with experience and excellent results in all spectrums of paediatric and congenital heart surgery in India and abroad having been involved in over 3000 paediatric cardiac surgery. Trained in Paediatric & Congenital Cardiac Surgery at GreenLane Hospital, Auckland, New Zealand, one of the world’s first institute to start a congenital heart program. Successfully done ECMO for probably the first pregnant ECMO survivor for H1N1 disease in India at Aster Medcity Kochi. Instituted ECPRs and integrated ECMO-CPB for temporary cardiac mechanical support for cardiac cases at Apollo Children’s Hospital Instituted early extubation and enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols to expedite the hospital stay in paediatric cardiac patients.
